color tag questions & 709-A

I'm finally getting my head around what color tags are and the 709-A timeline space. For now I expect to mainly be exporting to Quicktime, Youtube and Vimeo and am using "DaVinici YRGB" and have checked “ Use Mac Display Color Profiles for Viewers”. So far it seems to be working and I am getting similar looks from Quicktime, the Resolve viewer on my 2017 iMac and the output to my Flanders monitor through Ultrastudio Mini Monitor. I am a little confused by a couple of things though .
1 - In a couple of places I seem to be reading that I can change the color tag on my source clips in the media browser. Is that possible or only in an ACES or RCM environment?

2- Do those source color tags affect how my pictures will appear in resolve?

3 - In the Deliver page> Advanced I don't know what to set the color and gamma tags to if I have mixed source material. should I choose color rec 709 and gamma 709-A . Or - If Im working in 709-A then same a as project would just apply 709-A =1-1-1 right? What's the diff?

(Isn't Rec 709 's gamma 2.4 which isn't for QT and Vimeo etc? ) I chose P3 -D65 recently because it seemed to be a default for ProRes HQ but that might have been an accident.

4- I had to make some corrections using Neat video and to avoid slow timelines I just rendered them out as ProRes HQ and then reimported them as source clips in Resolve. The original tags were HD 1-1-1 and as described above I set the tags as P3-D65 (12-1-1) . Will this cause any issue ? Can I change the tags?

5. What the heck is the difference between 709 (scene) and 709 ?

6. Should I check “Automatically tag Rec 709 Scene Clips as Rec 709-A”

and finally
7. My client on this job will probably be viewing this on some kind of a Large TV screen attached to his computer looking at Vimeo. It will probably be misadjusted and too contrasty and saturated as everyones TV is. Would my export tag want to be for gamma 2.4 in that case or is it OK to stick with 1-1-1 for Quicktime?

Thanks -This stuff has my head spinning but its getting better.
