Can I import R17 .drp project/ .drt timeline files into R16?

Going to try and test today but what is the view on backwards compatibility (these have Fusion comps on every shot if that will make a difference).

Working in a mixed Mac/PC environment and the Mac is still on Mojave (because Catalina had all sorts of issues for Avid a while ago and haven't moved it up yet).

It's a new feature in 17, so...I'd be surprised.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Correct answer... Plus it turns out that R17 requires Catalina+

Nah! You can also upgrade to a Windows 10 system. ;)

17 works perfectly fine here under the rather exotic Mojave system (UNIX based). But it's very hard to find these days ;-)
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.

Studio 19.1.3
MacOS 13.7.4, 2017 iMac, 32 GB, Radeon Pro 580 + eGPU
MacBook M1 Pro, 16 GPU cores, 32 GB RAM, MacOS 14.7.2
