Crash when using a timeline as offline ref and there's a gap

PostThu Feb 04, 2021 3:44 pm

17.0b8 / Mac Mini running 10.14.6.

I have two timelines. Need to match one to the other. I switch the source monitor to offline, drag an drop the ref timeline.

I place the playhead in an empty space in the timeline. All good.

I then right click on program monitor, choose difference mode: software vaporizes. Last line in the log:
Code: Select all
[0x70000f611000] | GPU                  | ERROR | 2021-02-04 10:28:11,639 | Assertion failed: '(m_SrcFrameTraits.imgMetrics.width * qualityUpscaleFactor) == m_InBufDim.width', function bool ReactorGPU::PerspectiveXformer::SetupParams(int, int), file /Users/jenkins/jenkins/workspace/resolve@2/Resolve/Cyclone/IP/VaGPU/GraphAlgorithms/Transformer/PerspectiveXformer.cpp, line 266.
