You can also have more than one polygon or curve window in the same node. For something like this, where they're both always going to lie on the same 2D plane, because they belong to the same object, that's what I'd do, but there are plenty of cases where you'd want to keep the shapes distinct, and in those cases, I'd go the way xunile suggests.
It also depends on if/how you plan to track them. Real, mirrored, curved lenses might confuse the tracker, and in that case, it might be better to track each individually, and it might also be better to track the frames, rather than the lenses, then re-shape the tracked polys to fit the lenses after you get good tracking data. But in this case, you probably don't need to go to all the trouble.
