Force sizing, debayer to highest quality youtube?

In delivery H264 I can choose "force sizing and debayering to highest quality".
When I choose youtube there are no advanced settings to do this.
How do I force to highest quality in youtube delivery?
I filmed 4K, edited in HD timeline, deliver HD and have done a lot of zooming into 4K pictures, which I want to have delivered in highest quality.
