17B8: media management still not work

PostFri Feb 05, 2021 12:54 am

Sorry to bring it up, now with the logs.

I can access it, make settings, but after I press START, the error message "Can't load XXX files". It is creating only an empty target folder.

My sources are CineDNG, copy and trim. I tried to set the target folder in different places, tried to restart the system, no luck.

Hi Alex. We can see this issue. We'll take a look.

For now, can you try to change the folder levels to anything higher than 0 and see if it helps?
(For the 'Preserve Hierarchy after' checkbox.)

Hi!
I tried, and it works with both options unchecked as well as with anything I tried except 0 (1, 4 - all right).
Thank you for your help. At least it is still usable :)
