I know that AMD Radeon R9380 is not the best one, but 17b7 used to work fine, but 17b8 crashing as crazy. And all symptoms pointing to the video card: the interface is not rendering properly, blinking, disappearing (just the black background instead if GUI, but the video preview still playing same time).
The same version is smooth on a computer with an NVIDIA card.
