Hi!
Nice beta release of Davinci Resolve 17
Following the installation of a clean Windows 10 setup and my required applications, everything was running good. Right after the installation of Resolve Studio 17 Beta 8, some applications couldn't start with a error message "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
After I installed the latest versions (both x86 and x64) of Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 2015-2019 all was good again.
Davinci setup could install both version on Windows 64bit if required to avoid this problem to arise.
