Davinci Resolve 16.2.8 won't open

Hi there,

As the title suggests, my Davinci Resolve won't open.
I've tried numerous fixes, including:
Completely deleting anything Resolve related and freshly installing (including registry)
Unplugging all USB devices except my mouse.
Multiple different graphics card drivers etc.

My setup:

Msi a320m pro motherboard
Ryzen 5 3600
RX580 Sapphire Nitro 4gb GPU
3200 mhz 16gb

Unfortunately I do not get past the initial loading screen (where it loads the panels etc)
Nothing seems to work, I have not yet tried installing DR17, simply because I don't want to work with
a beta product for comissions etc, seems too risky.

I would appreciate any and all help, if log files etc are needed, please let me know.
