I can't install it

I have installed the Resolve 17 beta version on my pc, but when i install it I get everything apart from Resolve, i get some raw stuff but i don't get Resolve, but on the other account on my pc, Resolve is there, can anyone help me?

What is the name of the .exe file used for the install?

Something like Da_Vinci_resolve_17_beta_for_windows and then a bunch of numbers
