Is there a way to make the video bigger when editing in "cut". i can see the view full screen, but I cannot edit from there. The video clip itself is small. I tried moving bars down etc, and it moves a little but not enough so that I can see good details of my videos. I would like my video clip to be bigger so I can the video better and edit from there.

Lower right of the image, to the right of the timecode, is a hamburger menu for Resize Timeline.

Drag it.

I have done that, but it still isn't that much bigger where I can see details in my video. It resizes about 1/4 bigger...maybe.
Is there a way to make the video tracks smaller so the top half of the screen is bigger?

You may simply need a larger monitor.
