Is this computer adequate for a non-professional user? I am exporting the H.264 Format using the free version of Resolve.
Windows System driver, XPS 8930
Windows 10 Home (64bit)
Intel(R) UHD Graphics
32GB, DDR4 2400MHz
8th Generation Intel Core i7-8700 6-Core Processor (12MB Cache, up to 4.6 GHz)

Only for very basic use, it'll be no joy. You'll need a proper discrete GPU. Or a Mac M1.

I will only be editing and color correcting.

As Uli says, you need a discrete GPU. Though not comparable to a modern card, even with my GTX 1060 I can edit and grade 50fps HD h264 and 25fps UHD h264. My Intel graphics is totally disabled in the Bios and is not used at all.
