That's not the full manual, though, is it Peter? It's just the New Features Guide?

No it isn't. And it is a problem. All that is in the V17 is a short "New Features" guide which is no use to anyone not already very familiar with V16. There should be a V17 Manual (even if it is a beta) and a "version addendum" for new features.
