Unable to Add Any Titles To The Power Bin

Hi

Please can you help. 

I have been using Davinci Resolve 16 and now, 17.

I cannot add any Title or Title + template clips that I have created, to a Power Bin. 

Whenever I do, nothing shows up in the detail field and the Folder name, details pane above, turns red. 

Can anyone please tell me what the issue might be?

Testing in Studio 17b8 for Windows, I can't make this fail. It just works.
