Playback running slow?

My computer specs:
Intel Core i7-10750H 6-Core (12M Cache up to 5.00 GHz)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti 6GB GDDR6
16GB DDR4 2666MHZ (1 x 16GB)
Kingston A2000 500GB PCIe NVME M.2 SSD

I am starting to edit videos on resolve. but after putting few effects playback is lagging and not running smoothly. I have already tried all tricks like render cache but no luck. I have been working on 1920 *1080
60fps videos. My pc has minimum requirement but do i need more powerful computer for resolve ? should i upgrade my pc so that i can run resolve for some time in future or is it already enough and i am missing some other things?

Change the Cache settings to use Cineform YUV 10 bit.

If that doesn't work, then we may be looking at a drive throughput issue.
