Intensity Pro 4K switching to PAL when resolve starts

I am using a Intensity Pro 4K to drive a 4K reference monitor when editing in resolve. The monitor displays fine when connecting to a HD source on one input. Switch to second input for the 4K card and Resolve and it switches to PAL when you open desktop video to check setting. Source files are not PAL and they play normally 4K in Resolve. The monitor is a LG 270UK650. Desktop Video shows NTSC normally but show PAL after resolve is running.

Running Win 10 Pro. Resolve 17 current Beta Other monitors are running from a Zotac RTX2080Ti
