Change Order of Plugins on Fairlight Bus?

Is there a way to change the order of plugins on a Fairlight sub-bus? I have an EQ on my dialog bus, but would like to add a noise reducer to the head of my chain.

Use the Inspector to reorder Buss, Track and Clip-based effects.
