Hello All,
So I've exported XLM files from Resolve to go into Premiere numerous times. The last time was with Resolve 16 and whatever the latest version of Premiere Pro was last year. I did my color correction, created the XML file, and emailed it to the editor.
In trying to do that now, with Resolve 17's latest Beta version and Premiere Pro 2020, nothing is working. The timecodes are all wonky so they're not the accurate cuts, in some attempts, the shots don't even line up properly, and the worst part is that my color grade isn't transferring.
Is there something I'm missing somehow or something that I'm doing wrong? And I never had to create rendered clips, it was literally just the XML sent over and they imported and got back to work on their end.
Any guidance and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
