Bug Report: Cropped Edge Ghosting

When I crop the edge of an image in the timeline this weird ghosting is left behind. All I'm adjusting is the Croppping:CropRight in the inspector.

In the first picture, the dog is not cropped, in the second picture the dog is cropped and the space left behind by the crop is still visible, and it's not just transparent, it looks like it has a strange blend mode also. This has been happening to me since upgrading to ver. 17

Photo of dog is Jpeg
Background is h.264 video.

System: Win 10 Ver.19042.789

You should post this in the Resolve 17 section.

Actually, no, the issue persists. Also, there's already a discussion about this here viewtopic.php?f=36&t=133484
