HELP! Suddenly Nothing works!

Hello,
I have been editing and creating a video using v16, then suddenly nothing worked, not thumbnail previews, the video would not run in preview, tried an Export, and it failed no fps render count just the time to completion going up and up!

Not sure what I have done, tried updating the v17 Beta but still nothing. I've attached a screenshot of the edit window showing timeline, with no preview thumbnails, that does not run, media Pool showing images but nothing with thumbnails.

What have I done? How can I fix it?

You're working from internal drives only? No networks, no removables?

Yes, everything local. Nothing has 'changed' per se with my computer or setup. It worked fine in the morning, I was editing as normal, left came back, and then it looked like the screenshots!

I've since spent today creating the edit from scratch again in v17 beta and everything has worked flawlessly!

Could there be a corruption in the save project file?

Is the issue only happening when you load the SKF project? If you start a new project, or load a different project, is that working?

Send a Project Export .drp of the SKF project.

There appears to be an issue with the project. It hangs when the Fusion tab is selected.

I've asked the devs to examine it. But there's not going to be any quick fix. So I would suggest you'll need to redo the project.

Thanks for the time and effort, yes I did restart the project from scratch!
