DaVinci Resolve 16 crash problem

Hello everyone,
I downloaded DaVinci Resolv 16 yesterday and unfortunately have not been able to try it out yet, because whenever I want to import a file (whether video, audio or both), Resolve crashes and displays the following text: "DaVinci Resolve quit unexpectedly".
I have already tried numerous solutions from forums and videos, but nothing has helped yet.
I hope someone can support me here.

I do not know exactly, but maybe someone can do something with this error folder generated by DaVinci?
