Not playing nicely with Premiere sharing IO

Resolve R17b8 (and b7 before it) seems to hang when it can't connect to the video IO - e.g. when switching to Premiere and back.

Have to restart app

You're trying to run both Resolve and Premiere Pro through a Decklink (or similar) at the same time?

Have been successfully doing that for a few years, switching between PP, Avid, AE, R16, Catalyst Browse... they all generally play nice + release the IO when they don't have focus.

Not sure if this issue is R17 or PP14.8 but it causes crashes and instability in R17 currently
