Alpha mask output without the black around the footage?

Hello,

I'm a beginner with Davinci Resolve. Regarding the masking of footage I create an alpha output node and connect the footage to it which generates a mask to said footage. The mask also makes everything around the footage black. How can I prevent that? I want my masking to be applied to everything inside the actual footage dimensions and everything outside of it shouldn't be masked like there was no alpha output at all?

You must reposition the picture with the mountain to the left and up to eliminate the black. The whole picture must fit inside the oval.

This is not what I want to achieve. Without repositioning. There should be no mask generated on the outside of the actual video footage at all.

Add a rectangle window to match mountain image edges and invert it. Or put the oval on the image of the mountain and place that over the background image

This can't be solution I guess??

There must be an option like "don't render mask outside of video pixels" or something like that.
