It's possible to drag timelines into your node tree which can be a very handy. I tend to use it quite often. But so far in every version of resolve, every time i restart resolve, the timeline/media node suddenly shows a black image, instead of the footage from the timeline which it should refer to. It feels like the link to the timeline is broken/missing. I have to re-import the timeline into the node tree to get it working again. I tried refreshing the "media-ID", no effect there, not really sure what else i can do about it. It's not a specific project, it happens all the time in every project. I'm wondering if i'm the only one with this issue?
I'm working from both local and network drives.

I'm having this exact issue. Using a timeline or a compound clip as "Media In" in Fusion gives me a black frame.
If I open the source timeline/compound clip in the timeline view (where it was originally created) and play it through, it sometimes solves the problem, and the video appears on the Fusion page.
But even with this hack rendering out the final video is very unpredictable, and sometimes I get flickering between video and the black frame.

Hi,
I got a response in a different topic which solved it for me,
go to preferences - user - project save and load, and check "load all timelines when opening projects"
