I just noticed a really annoying bug in 16.2.7
[UPDATE: This issue still occurs in 17.1b9] where if you have a shot with multiple grade versions on it, then you reveal the handles of the clips using "Show Current Clip with Handles", the grade version will switch itself to the earliest version in the version stack.
The same behavior occurs when you switch the grade to the correct version, then turn off "Show Current Clips with Handles".
This
really screwed me up in my client grading session this week, as lots of grades ended up changing and reverting behind my back, and I couldn't figure out why. It was driving me absolutely batty!
Here's a screencapture of this bug in action. When I switch to show handles, the Version switches from "Version 11" to "Version 9".
And not to be a totally smug a-hole, but if Resolve had the ability to
process effects through clip handles, I wouldn't have to switch into Handles view in the first place, and this bug wouldn't be as much of a problem as it currently is!
