CaptureLogs app not working (DR17beta9)

Just updated to public beta 9 studio and capturelogs app does not work anymore (catalina) with following message :

I get no options to add it to permission or anything Tried manually added the app to accessibility pane did not help.

Update: it seems it actually does run and create a correct tgz file on desktop before it spits out this message.
