Media doesn't show

Hello,

I'm trying to import my media (.mov with H264 MPEG4 AVC 422 codec), but all I see is colored windows. How can I fix this problem?

You may need the Studio version for that media.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

If those clips are 10bit you will need the Studio version to play them.
Resolve Studio 19.1.3 build 7
