On the Media and Edit pages, if I display the list of Bins in the media pool and right-click on one of them, one of the pop-up menu options is "Remove Bin...". The "..." implies that there will be some other step (such as a confirmation box) before any action is taken but in fact if you click that menu item the bin is deleted immediately. IMHO the menu item should be relabeled as simply "Remove Bin" (without the ellipses) to make this clearer.

This is obviously a low priority in the grand scheme of things...
