Cant Download Davinci Resolve

When trying to download Davinci resolve 17, because I have had ALOT of problems with playback in Davinci Resolve 16.2.8 and i cant : see video.

I'm having this same issue also. I've tried DaVinci 16 and 17 on multiple browsers. It does not let me select country but if I proceed anyways I just get looped back around to the same registration page.
