davinci resolve wont open

i was editing a video the other day and randomly daviinci resolve froze i waited a couple minutes then i closed davinci resolve when i tried to open it it shows the little blue loading circle for a second then nothing happens ive tried re downloading it same thing happens could someone please help me thanks.
