Pro Tools Export. Bounced clips missing.

'm having difficulty exporting to Pro Tools
It seems audio clips that I bounced are not being exported.
Has anyone else noticed this before? Is there a solution?

BMD Work-around
1. Make a copy of the timeline name it clearly (like timeline_name_for-pro-tool-export-only)
2. In that timeline copy use the Timeline ▸ Flatten Audio Track Layers menu option.
