[Bug/Help] Entire program freezes every 3

Hello, I recently updated to the new Resolve 17 Beta, as I absolutely love the new additions in the colour page. Alas, forgot to backup my database. Since upgrading to the new version, I have encountered a strange issue, where the program stutters every few seconds. It does not matter what I do. When using the program everything freezes for a second every 2-3 seconds. Would anyone know what might be causing this issue? I have never had anything like this happen to me in the previous versions. Maybe this is a bug in the beta?
