Davinci Resolve 17 Performance Issues On High Specs

Hello, I am having pretty bad issues without resolve 17 (Stuttering, Crashes, Low FPS) is there anyway i can fix this? My specs are

GPU - 1080

CPU- i7 8700K

RAM - 16GB

Storage - HDD

What specific GPU?
OS?
Clip Frame rate?
Clip Resolution?
Clip codec?
Timeline frame rate?
Timeline resolution?
Free or studio version?
