After an update to DR17 free (from DR16) the video preview is jumping like 3-4 frames, looking like slowmotion.
I can´t find out whats wrong, does anyone know how to solve this problem?
The audio is ok.

Which version of 16 did you update from? We have no way of trying to help if you provide zero details of your system, source of video, etc.

Specifically this part:

If you are unable to find your answer using these resources, or in the forum, please create a new post asking our community of experts here! In your post, please state your steps and observations clearly and include at least the following details:

Diagnostic log archive (from the Help menu, or using the Capture logs tool - see the Logs section)
Computer brand, year and model
Detailed OS version
Detailed DaVinci Resolve version (From the About DaVinci Resolve Menu)

As an aside, I notice people are often told to read the FAQs without being given the link. I can see how some people may see the FAQ icon at the top of every forum page and assume that's what they are being told to read. That, of course is the FAQ on how to use the forum software and nothing to do with Resolve.

Thank you so much for your respons!
Unfortunately I have not succeeded in getting it to work, so i will try to install the earlier version again.

Lucas, we know nothing about your computer, so give us some details.
These are the minimum requirements for Resolve 17.1.
