Super Compressed Video out of Resolve?

Hi, I'm working on a project for content creators and I'm wondering what the limits are in Resolve in terms of outputting a good looking, highly compressed video for the web.

For example, I can output a 1920x1080 HD video for YouTube at full quality and that might be a 1.2GB file. But when I upload the video to YouTube and then download it again, their compressed version might be less than 100MB.

So my question is: can I output something similar (HD visual quality) with that level of file size compression from Resolve directly?

The reason I ask is I'm exploring the idea of content creators being able to produce and upload their own videos without using YouTube.

Thanks!

Handbrake does extreme compression very well, way better than Resolve.

Where are they going to upload them to?
