in/out point can't be selected/move - delivery page

The in and out points can't be selected/moved on the delivery page when they are on a "duration marker" (even if they are in the middle of this marker).

The markers can't be edited on the Delivery page anyway, so maybe they shouldn't be selectable and the mouse should only be able to grab the eventual in/out points "behind" (on top) of them?

First, the out point is never put where it should be with, the O keyboard shortcut (I don't want to export an extra frame), second, it can't even be moved with the mouse if there is a marker or duration marker.

(I know I can place them in another way, but it doesn't change the fact that they can be moved when there is no markers)

That is the correct operation.

Get used to it.

The fact is that the in/out points can't be selected/moved on delivery page in the case I described, is a bug. Markers can't be moved/edited on the Delivery page anyway, they are locked. So the in/out points should be able to be selected and moved with the mouse, even if there is a marker "in front" of it.... as they do when they are no markers..... on the delivery page.

A few other commercial NLEs work like that too…

But I'll respond to it...

The out points that shouldn't have to be moved manually each time someone wants to do play in loop a portion of the timeline on the edit page, or export multiple chunks of the timeline in the delivery page. We don't see the out points going beyond the end of the timeline, .... because it's logical, nobody wants a extra black frame (for a loop, or during an export). The same logic (and need) goes for what's in between and the end of the timeline. Again, the playhead is used to "place" every element on the timeline where the line of the playhead is. It wouldn't change anything, but it would be consistent with everything else.

It still doesn't work on 17.0.
In and out points can't be moved/selected on the Delivery page when there are markers/duration markers at the same spot. Markers can't be edited and moved on the Delivery page, but they take the focus of the mouse anyway when trying to move the in/out points.
