BUG - Resolve 17b9 - Timeline Plays Back in Fastfowward

Timeline Resolution: 1920 x 1080 HD
Timeline Frame rate: 59.94 fields per second
Use drop frame time-code: YES
Enable Interlace Processing: YES
Playback Frame Rate: 59.94 Fields per second
Issue:
I have several XMLs I have conformed in Resolve that came from Adobe Premiere.
These XML Sequences have a frame rate of 23.976fps
When I open the sequence and play the sequence back in timeline view, the sequence plays back beyond what seems to be triple time.
However, the following playback behavior is absolutely normal.
1. Imported Clips with frame rate of 23.976 playback is source monitor as they should
2. A 23.976 sequence that has been edited into a 59.94 master sequence plays back as it should
3. Dragging the 23.976 sequence into the source monitor plays back as expected
NOTE: When playing back the 23.976 sequence from timeline viewer, the first second seems to playback normal and then starts to speed up playback.
Also, If I copy content from an XML sequence and paste the content into a newly created sequence that matches the XML Sequence settings, all plays as intended.
