Not able to import newly created media

Hello all,
I suddenly started seeing a problem that's causing me to be unable to import specific media into my library on any projects. The media in question is coming from the Nintendo Switch (brought over via a micro SD card) and is completely playable in windows. It can also be imported into the generic windows "Video Editor" software.
Previously, videos from this source were able to be imported, and looking back at previous clips that were imported, they seem to still work. This leads me to believe that something changed in how the clips were being exported, but I'm hoping I can find a solution, as the clips definitely still contain footage.
I've taken some screenshots that seem to show some weird data. I've attached them below. As you can see in the "media list" screenshot, something is clearly wrong with how the "End" and "Frames" fields are being parsed, showing a huge number that is the same for the two different clips. Looking at the meta data for the new (unusable clips) it's showing -1 under the "End Frame" field, causing the total frames to show as 0, where everything is showing normal on the old clip meta data. Comparing the windows "properties" of the two clips shows no significant differences that I could detect, but can post the results if needed.
I'm not aware of any change to how video is exported from the Switch, but I can't think of anything else that would be causing this. The old clips still import into resolve just fine.
If I can provide any additional information that would be useful, please let me know.
Edit: Currently on Resolve Version 16.2.8.005, which is showing as the most up to date version available when checking for updates.
Thanks,
Jackson

Just an update that I realize I didn't include in the original post. When one of the clips in question is selected, the attached is what is shown in the preview. Playback of any kind is not possible in Resolve, but again, it works seemingly normally in every video player I've tested it on.

Can you check the file with MediaInfo and post the content from the second tab here?

I just downloaded MediaInfo but I've never used it before. I opened the program, clicked file > open, and selected the clip in question, but I'm not sure what you mean by "the second tab."

There are five tabs at the top, the first one is only giving very limited information.
Just click the next one, the first with horizontal lines.

I'm thinking that maybe I have a different version of the program than what you're referring to, because I'm not seeing anything that I would call tabs along the top. That said, I was able to poke around a bit and found a few views with a good bit of information. I'll post what I'm able, but could you include a link to the program you're referring to in order to make sure I'm using the right tool? I'll post a screenshot of what I'm seeing as an attachment. I downloaded it at:
https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo and it is version 20.09. I got the info below by clicking on view>text after loading in the clips in question.
Anyway, here is the info. The first section will be for the new, unusable clip, and the second section will be for a previous clip that is working fine in Resolve.

Just wanted to add that I'm getting exactly the same thing. At some point, something must have changed with the Switch's video formats because recent videos refuse to be used in Resolve (I'm in 17), but old ones are absolutely fine.
