Davinci keeps crashing. Wont recognize Cuda

So I recently had an old machine die on me in the middle of a render for a rough cut for my feature film.
I purchased a new pc and have been really struggling to get Davinci back in a working order.
It crashes a lot (to be clear it doesnt just shut off it actually just hangs until I enter task manager and force close it) and wont recognize Cuda.
My system specs.
I am running Windows 10.0.19042 Build 19042 64 bit
AMD Ryzen 9 5900x 12 core
MSI B550 board
Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 Driver version 24.21.14.1216 (most current that I saw)
Does anyone have any resources or thoughts on what I can do so I can get back to my project?
Most of the files I am working with are Raw 4k and 5.5 k Canon C log. There were a few drone shots and some b footage from my gh5s but the crashing doesnt seem to occur on any specific file or codec.
