Animating a single word in an otherwise still sentence

Hi all, I have been playing around with the free version of DaVinci Resolve, and it is an amazing tool. I was wondering if there was a way to animate a specific word in a sentence while leaving the other words static? I'm not sure if I'm describing it accurately.

You using Text, or Text+? (Different answers for each.)
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
