Audio Tracks not playing, missing when Rendered (17 b9)

I'm having two related problems with one or more audio tracks being either muted when playing, or working, but going missing during the render. The video is pretty simple: just still backgrounds crossfading, with lyrics text on top.

Problem 1: Audio track just mutes during playback (not audible in mix, no meter movement )
This is on a music project, 19 tracks (15 active). During playback, one or two of the harmony vocal tracks keep muting (without any fader or mute indicator). I can usually get them back by going to EDIT, then back to FAIRLIGHT.

Problem 2: Playback sounds good, all tracks working, but Render is missing tracks or parts of tracks
- When this goes to output as an MP4 with AAC audio, the mix ends up missing these tracks, or sometimes starting with the tracks, but missing them partway through.

A bit about the mix:
- Makes heavy use of the Vocal Channel (EQ, Compressors), Reverb per track
- Makes heavy use of keyframes and volume control and and one track using the De-Hummer.
- one of the problematic tracks also uses a Pitch adjustment
- reducing number of tracks, and turning off all reverb and pitch correction allowed me to work around.

Playback Issue seems to happen less frequently when I delete all disabled tracks, and turn off all reverb and pitch controls. I ended up saving two additional projects as I started hacking and slashing my mix to make SOMETHING render with all the audio parts. Here are two DRP files --> (ht tps: //1drv.
ms/u/s!AvZ4kj98RnDGl1rAkdUCKKXh6hhY?e=z5CTHM - in "try2" I was able to render output. I also put the DxDiag.txt in there)

Happening on both Resolve 17 beta 8 and still on beta 9. I'm using a Windows 10 laptop (i7-7700HQ, 16B RAM, SSD, Radeon WX4130)
