Horizontal Lines Across video and loss of color

I am newer to Resolve, but I have been considering a change to it, so please forgive me if I am missing something simple.

This is a new issues with the latest update, and I did a project a month ago that had no issues.

When I drop video into the timeline from my Panasonic GH5S with the following setting, I see horizontal lines across the video, and there is color loss. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but the problem persisted.

This problem does not occur in Final Cut Pro X with the same file.

I'm not seeing anything amiss in either a YRGB or an ACES Color Managed project, so...I don't think it's a problem with the clip.

That is leading me towards Operator Error as an explanation, though. What's your experience level with Color Management?

Almost zero, I guess I need to know what settings to use? Strange thing is it did not do this in the last build, and I did not change anything.

As a new user, your first course of action should be to complete some Resolve training. The Beginner's Guide and Advanced Editing are an excellent groundwork to get you moving smoothly.
