Where are the Custom Transitions in the Edit page located?

I can see all my Custom Transitions created in the Edit Page under 'Video Transitions\User', but which folder are these actually saved/located in? The reason I ask is that how can I access these if I need to format/reinstall Resolve or want to use them on another PC.

I can see that my custom fusion templates within Fusion are located here "%APPDATA%\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Fusion\Templates\Fusion".
