data base managing

What's the best way to use the same data base on 2 different mas os sessions ?
I have created two different mac os sessions on an Imac Pro. But i constat that all the projects created on the data base of the firts mac os session are not visible on the database of the second mac os session.
Does resovle create automatically a different data base for each session ?
