Accept the audio but not the video of any file (MOV, mp4)

I am trying to add a new audio/video track to my current file and it accepts only the audio. Argggh. Help? And thanks! I am on an iMac using the Catalina OS, and DR17 is otherwise working great.

Even if the free version on the Mac supports more codecs, there are limits where you need Studio.
What is the version of your codec and it's wrapper? Maybe you should post a sample.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
