Red Triangles

I'm seeing red! In Project Manager DaVinci Resolve 16, I have a red triangle in the upper right corner of the Untitled Project option. There is a reverse "L" in the triangle. What is the meaning.
Also at one point all the vertical shafts of the mixer were read. I'm used to green shafts, a bit of yellow and then red when too high. The red shafts have disappeared now but wondering what I did to cause it.
I will appreciate any response. I've taken off my red glasses.
Using Windows 10, 32 Gb Ram, i7 processor

That reverse L is a tick. Possibly means it is the default selection which you can open by clicking "Open" at the bottom of the Project screen.
I've seen the meter displays show all red instead of green, yellow and red, once some time ago. A reset of the UI cleared that.
What GPU do you have and what is its driver version?

The tick is showing the currently loaded project. The same tick applies to the currently loaded timeline in a project.

Thank you Gentlemen. My GPU is GeForce GTX 1660 Super. Driver NIVIDIA 27.21.14.5671 dated Sept 2020. Interesting your triangle is in upper left of the Untitled Project - my triangle in upper right. Clicking "Open" at bottom of screen seems to have exactly the same effect as a double click on the Untitled Project . Still scratching my head.

It's because the currently selected project is the default "Untitled" project that appears when Resolve is first started. This has the default settings from the "Current Project" settings in the Project Settings "Presets" menu. This item opens a project that exists in memory only until you save it as a new project.
