Davinci Resolve 17 Studio crashes at startup
Hi there,
I purchased a Resolve 17 studio dongle version. After download of "DaVinci_Resolve_Studio_17.0b9_Windows"
installation executed without any problems. I've put the dongle to the USB slot and gave the icon a double click.
The software started, passed the dongle verification and displayed a more or less nice dialog-picture. And with the notice "LOOKING FOR CONTROL SURFACE" the DaVinci software simply crashes (means, disappears from screen without any comments).
I informed the support-emea@blackmagicdesign.com, added all information they wanted, but did not got an answer for two days (not even a "we received your information"). So I don't know whether they got it or not.
Maybe you know something how to fix that issue?
