Custom keystokes in DaVinci Resolve

Hi, I'm trying DaVinci Resolve after using Avid Media Composer for many years, and I'm reliant on keystrokes.
For example, in the Cut page, if I set an In and Out point but I want to send the clip to a Subclip folder I've created, can I set a keystroke to perform the action rather than drag and drop to the folder?

Also, I would like to change my Username to my real name, which is Alan Carroll. I can't see how to do that in User Control Panel.
