Trouble with Filmworkz DVO Tools

Hi,

I've downloaded and installed the DVO Tools ofx plugins from Digital Vision. Unfortunatly, I am unable to serialize them. I always get this error message: "Access denied. Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption. Press Abort to kill the program". Even if I press OK, nothing happens and the plugins are still unusable, not even in a trial mode.

I sent several help request messages to Filmworkz for the past week and still got no answer. I don't know if they are on vacation or strike but the lake of reaction is a bit worrying from a company that has a monthly suscription model.
I know that this doesn't directly concern Blackmagic but maybe a Resolve user here got this plugins working.
Any help or advice is welcomed.

I had the same problem and refused to buy the program. Apparently there's some issue when you have multiple GPUs. If they can't solve that, they're off the list for me.

It's a shame, because they make interesting products and I'm sure that -- when they work -- they work very well.

Word is that they are aware of the multiple GPU issue and it is being addressed.

Well. I bet they have issues as nobody even answers to support either…
I just cancelled my subscription.
