Fusion page GUI not writing correctly

PostSat Feb 20, 2021 4:33 am

I am working on a long project that I have carried across from V16.

Mostly ok but Fusion seems much more sensitive to mpg/mps footage. Fusion comps that worked a little shaky in V16 just crash. I have had my time cut out replacing offending clips.

And now the FX gallery/Metadata panel on my 2 screen layout doesnt write - it is just black and if I change the size of the panel it leaves unrewritten "echoes" in its wake. I thought switching to single screen might help but then there were unwritten parts in there too.

It's the metadata panel in Fusion - working ok in Edit
I tried a GUI reset that seemed to help a bit...?

but still no metadata panel

edit: After GUI reset and another crash, the project manager had re-set from list to thumbs

I ran a brief test of adding some Metadata to a clip in Fusion. It showed up on Edit. No redraw issues anywhere.
